A big thank you to the overall team for getting us taken care of! The job is still in progress, but Gabe and Rene have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I called at 10:00 on a Sunday morning, and Gabe was right here working by 2:00 that very afternoon. Not only did they pack everything away like true pros, but they also brought in a storage container to get everything secured. They’ve taken exceptional care around my 90-year-old pops, bringing in extra HEPA filters so he can safely stay right here at home while the work gets done. Solid support from Shelby and Ryan in the office as well. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but PRAISE for First Restoration and the folks that put our house back in order after a recent water catastrophe! Michael Rilea and Zach Kraham, Angie, Armondo and all the hard working crew were wonderful! They showed up on time, communicated with us every step of the way, were courteous and professional and very respectful of our home and us. Five Stars to all the folks who were involved in helping us through this stressful experience! I would recommend First Restoration to anyone!

First Restoration handled the mitigation and repair of our water damage when we were 500 miles away. They kept in contact throughout the entire process. We asked for a few changes to their original proposal and they handled them beautifully. The workers who came in were both respectful and professional. When the last minute touchups needed to be done, we thought we’d be left with a few things to do. But they took care of everything. From the start Ryan and Griffin got us going. Jeremy, Christian and Francesco were amazing. We’re happy with our results.
